As a child, Jay had a charming, impish look, which he still has today. Jay loved to wear a suit and tie, which set the stage for his future career as a professional tax advisor and public speaker.
Jay specializes in corporate and individual tax compliance and consulting services on the federal, state, and local levels. He is a frequent speaker on subjects concerning federal and state tax issues. Jay served as the President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the PICPA (Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs), and was recognized by the PICPA as one of the “40 under 40 Members to Watch” in both 2008 and 2009. He lives in Swarthmore, PA and is an alumnus of Widener University.
